The chosen article is a practical example of the argument that each of the texts and the words or writing within its, are directly affected by the life experiences of author. With the support of different narratives from numerous learners, author strengthens the said argument. It is a well known and universally accepted fact that writing is not a neutral practice that is learnt through physical skills, but is more of an implication of the multifaceted being of writers. The author strongly started with the statement of Roz Ivanic that writing texts permit the writers to represent their evolution with time in gaining a better understanding of the significance of writing as an identity.

The author provides an example of his autobiography, and ultimately offers a practical example that past experiences and strongly supported texts are the key to influential paper. Another example is that of CLA writing project and thus, enhancing the focus of texts that is exploring the construction of identity in between teachers with respect to teacher education. The author seems to realize the fact that writing an autobiography is the best way to understand self life history (Olney, 2010). Most of the arguments evolve around the making of autobiography, thus offering a complete framework that is followed by people to represent the self – experiences in certain ways.

My argument, in response to the perspective of author is that implementation and designing a CLA project is both associated with observation and writing texts. However, observation is the initial step to writing as writers retain their past experiences and then attempt to formulate their experiences in the form of words (Park, 2013).
