As per my experience and what I found out, David Jones Limited is known to be having a strategic integration of human resources in the overall plans set. The managers in organization were seen utilizing a number of different aspects with respect to human resource in their making of decisions. I believe that this had been one of the core reasons for increased commitment of human resource. The management has been consistently putting in efforts for gaining acceptance from each and every employee, even the minority groups, and has been providing extended as well as basic training to the base of employees (Wright, 2014). As in my particular experience as well, I was able to see that the organization involved each and every employee for making strategic decisions and providing directions.
I think that this had been the main reason as to which each and every single employee had the ability of understanding the significance and role in the organization. Therefore, based on my experience, I believe that the management authorities have been placing high value over the human resources (Wright, 2014). However, by the time I was going to leave my job due to academic reason, I saw that the level of training was increasing and it was being ensured that each and every individual was given the opportunity to avail this training. This had been an effort to play a strategic role within the department of HR.
