Stressful circumstances will make people more worried and anxious and they would not be able to cope with daily activities in a health manner. WHO report states that this could even lead to premature death in some circumstances. Stress can be both short term and long term. Long term stress results in anxiety which in turn causes many problems of its own in the form of lack of control, a social isolation or a lack of self-esteem and more. Psychosocial risks will increase and this will cause the person to fee nervous at all times (WHO, 2003).

Primarily they lack a proper system to exercise, they don’t have the space outside to mediate or to exercise. Even the proper gym workout places might always have some form of distraction elements in them that would distract them. People also don’t have the time, as MrRinzler states they are always distracted by what they have to do and having a dedicated space in the form of the mediation place will help them here (Gerszberg, 2016).
