Paleontology is regarded as one of the crucial part under the umbrella of geology. With the help of the huge advancements and developments in the scientific technology, an island full of living dinosaurs was created. Four individuals were invited by John Hammond to join him at the Jurassic Park; the four individuals were his two grandchildren, a mathematician and a pale botanist. However, the visit to the Jurassic park ends out to be a great disaster for them as the security system of the park breaks down. As a result of which, the prehistoric creatures of the park break out and that is when the excitement ends for each one of them. The same happens when one of the workers of the park in order to steal the embryos of dinosaurs’ shuts down the entire electricity supply of the park.

Because of this, the entire movie becomes a race or the survival of all the individuals who are located all over the island. However, there were some inaccuracies in the movie. One of them being that it is quite impossible to bring back the dinosaurs back to life besides the fact that majority of the dinosaurs are from the cretaceous period. Dinosaurs have been extinct from the earth for the past 65 million years and it is scientifically and biologically not possible to bring them back on earth. It is true to say that the DNA of a dinosaur would be required so as to recreate another dinosaur. Moreover, one would also agree that it is quite possible that the mosquitos carrying the DNA of dinosaurs might have been trapped in the hardening amber, as shown in the movie. However, finding a hardened amber with the DNA of a dinosaur in it is quite impossible for the scientists of today to find. This is because of the fact that even if the DNA is present in a preserved amber, the DNA doesn’t last for long as it degrades over a period of time. Even a little degradation of the DNA would result in ruining the entire value of the DNA. Hence, it is not possible to proceed with the activity of breeding dinosaurs as shown inaccurately in the film by Spielberg.
