美国大学论文:全球化概念

当谈到“全球化”这个词时,它指的是个人、组织和政府机构之间的沟通和融合。这是一个以对外贸易和投资为基础,以信息技术为支撑的过程。它也是一个综合名词,考虑到对今天的增长和发展负责的各种因素,因为它现在几乎在世界的每一个地方都已成为现代的普遍现象。无论是作为一个发达国家,还是第三世界发展中国家,全球化都是一种无处不在的现象。本文旨在强调过度全球化对第三世界国家的影响。多年来,一些第三世界国家在适应全球化、帮助它们成长和发展的过程中表现出了适应性。但问题是,随着时间的推移,这些国家能从这种现象中获益多少。显然,它一方面为这些国家开辟了几条成功和增长的道路;

When it comes to the term ‘globalization’, it refers to the communication and integration among individuals, organizations, and government institutions. It is a process based on foreign trade and investment and supported by information technology. It is also a comprehensive term taking into account various factors that are responsible for today’s growth and development, as it has now become a common phenomenon of modern times in almost every part of the world. Whether being a developed nation, or a third world developing country, globalization is an omnipresent phenomenon. This paper aims to highlight the consequences of excessive globalization on a third world country. Over the years, several third world countries have shown adaptability when it comes to get accustomed to globalization that helps them to grow and develop over time. But the question arises as how far these countries have managed to reap benefits from this phenomenon over time. It is evident that on one hand, it has opened several avenues of success and growth for these nations;

however, on the other hand, they have also set forth some serious challenges to these nations to cope up with over time (Cuervo-Cazurra and Genc, 2008). One of the primary advantages of globalization is in the form of Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) that helps to boost economy by bringing in foreign currency into domestic economic territory. The higher the FDI into the economy, the higher the employment, human capitalization and capital deepening that help it to prosper and grow over time (Disadvantages of Globalization, 2009). This economic phenomenon is of higher value, specifically in developing nations, where government is generally making efforts to increase their annual GDP rate. The higher level of foreign investment helps them to create employment, procure machinery, as all these factors help to enhance productivity over time and eventually the GDP growth rate. Hence, it is highly considered as a primary factor of success in third world nations because of the prosperity and growth it offers to the region over time (Bradstreet, 2011).
