Carlos’ before designing the training program would have gone to the school and analyzed the environment himself so that he could have taken a real idea about what factors are to be considered in designing the training program. Informal and formal meetings would be of great help to Carlos’ to understand the real problem and the depth of the problem and it would have helped him in giving the needed weight age to the most problematic factors in the training program and improving the situation. Participation of teachers, students and parents was missing in the designing of the training program which should be there for a program to be effective. Carlos’ designed the programs with videos, games and exercises. These were a good means of training but more effective means would have been adopted. The trainee’s perception about the training program was missing, he would have devoted sometime in knowing the interest areas of the trainees and accordingly the program must be designed with more trainee friendly exercises, games or any other thing which the trainees would have found more effective and as per their needs (Hudson, 2005, pp 702-714). Everyday feedback was missing in the program which would have been of great help to Carlos in making his program more effective and efficient in delivering the real learning from the training to the trainees. Carlos’ every day conducted exercises  and shared group experiences but he never acknowledged the good ideas and he did not made reports for the board to implement the good ideas given by trainees as the ideas given by trainees would have been easily accepted by them (Edwards, 2005, pp 262-271). After the training was over no feedback was taken from the trainees about how they are implementing or transferring the training into their real situation. Channels which were used for transferring the message were taken into account but no emphasis was given about how effective those channels were in transferring the training (Olesen, 2003, pp 75-79). Carlos’ would have paid emphasis on finding more effective channels through which the training can be easily transferred to the trainees and trainees can do the same by inculcation the training in their daily jobs.
