在我的童年记忆中，大部分重要的时刻都是负面的。例如，我的兄弟姐妹过去常常从我这里拿走玩具，我的父母说，让他们拥有玩具是正确的决定，因为我在家里长大了。人类往往是在特定的历史、经济、文化、社会和物理环境下成长的，这进一步影响着个体及其独特个性的成长、态度、价值观和发展(Houston, 2016)。当我第一次搬到多伦多的时候，我在适应新的文化和加拿大人的时候遇到了很多困难。进入学校后，我意识到我的沟通方式与班上其他同学相比有很大的不同(Kozulin, 2013)。此外，我开始建立自己的个人身份意识，同时欣赏不同的文化背景，不仅对我的同学，而且对我的老师。积极主动的方法可以被看作是一个展望未来的视角，作为一个个体，他通过引入新的服务和产品，在竞争上升之前寻找机会和工作，以预测未来的需求。
在文学方面，关键的结论是，为了成功，我明白了采取积极的态度的价值。这涉及到需要从我这方面采取主动，创造性地确定机会，并以成功的方式对机会作出反应。因此，我在文化的影响下取得了一定的成功，这给我提供了展望未来的视角，以及重要的活动和创新。在这一背景下，维果茨基的理论为认知的建立提供了至关重要的社会互动作用，而要想获得感性意义则需要一个至关重要的过程。通俗地说，文化是指某一群体的共同规范、信仰和价值。因此，我的文化对我的行为、生活和学习方式产生了重要的影响。由于这个原因，很多人认为文化在很大程度上塑造了一个人的个性。关键的假设是断言文化对人格特征的影响，这样就可以考虑相似的文化来共享共同的人格特征。

Most of the essential moments in my childhood that I remember are negative ones. For example, the way my siblings used to take away toys from me and my parents said that this was the right decision to make of letting them have the toy because I was older in the house.Humans tend to grow under specific historical, economic, cultural, social and physical circumstances, which further affect the growth, attitudes, values and development of individuals and their unique personalities (Houston, 2016). When I first shifted to Toronto, I faced a lot of difficulties in adjusting with the new culture and people of Canada. On joining the school, I realized that my style of communication was extremely different when compared to other fellow students in my class (Kozulin, 2013). In addition, I started to establish my awareness regarding my own personal identity, while appreciating the different backgrounds of culture not only with regard to my classmates, but also my teachers. Proactive approach can be considered as a perspective to look forward as an individual, who seeks opportunity and works prior to the rise of competition by the introduction of new services and products for the purpose of anticipating demand in the future.
In terms of literature, the key conclusion is that in order to be successful, I understood the value of taking up a proactive attitude. This involved the need for taking initiatives from my end and being creative for the identification of opportunity and giving response to opportunity in a successful manner. Therefore, I have been somewhat successful by the influence of my culture as this provided me with the suggestion of perspective to look forward along with crucial activities and innovation. In this context, the theories of Vygotski provide crucial effect of social interaction in the establishment of cognition, while there is a crucial process in order to make out sensible meaning. In loose terms, culture is reference for shared norms, beliefs and value for a certain group of individuals. Therefore, my culture had a significant impact on my way of behaving, living and learning. Due to this reason, it is believed by many that culture helps in significantly shaping the personality of an individual. The key assumption is to assert the effect of culture on the traits of personality such that there is consideration of similar culture for sharing common traits of personality.
