Currently, there is a huge consideration for introducing the product comfortably which is highly dependent on the core capabilities of the organization for supporting the introduction of new product. Further ahead, this setting of the business has created a better understanding about the role played by corporate culture in the development of product.
The culture of the company will have a significant impact on the quality and quantity of new products to be introduced within the market. In the initial stages for development of product, companies having majority of the innovative products rarely have a focus on the feedback of consumer. Perceiving this perception, there is a creation of cutting edge products. This depicts that the organization type is based on the project. However, in such a crucial environment of the business, there might be difficulty faced in capturing the sense of stress, pressure and ultimate satisfaction across the project for well accomplishment. Currently, there is disbursing of customer data in different databases for all sections across the company, and hence, there is no availability of data for one department to the other department. Hence, the major issue is that the customers have to consider maintaining their relationships with a number of departments, while bills are received from each department (Tan, 2010).
