The aim of this assessment is to develop a planned operation for achieving the installation successfully of the oven fired made of wood and rewriting the menus of food and beverage for the Resort of Hillscape. In the current environment of competition, it is required to plan businesses with formal natures as they have an important element to achieve the success in business. Hillscape is not looking for a new business plan but this report has a focus on operations of this resort with regard to installing the wood fired oven and revising the menu. This plan has to be written properly mainly for being used as a tool of communication. From this perspective it becomes clear that the requirement of making a plan is essential to be fulfilled especially by developing the planned operations. This report will also provide administration and monitoring of the plans of operations and then it will monitor the evaluation process of the work completed till now. In addition, every organization has its own procedures and various practices in business that involve changing regularly in order to improvise their services and make more profit. For making these changes, these changes have to be supported and for this reason Hillscape resort has devised a plan for organization through the level of management for determining the changes happening, the internal and external environment involvement, the requirement which is needed for creating the required change, administering ways and monitoring ways for the plan, supporting and providing assistance to others along with a description of methods of evaluation and progress report (National Restaurant Association, 2009).
