The current literature on innovation, as a matter of fact, is extremely diversified and lack integration within a coherent framework of theory. The concept of organizational innovation has key subjectivity with a number of interpretations (Naidoo, 2010). Even though innovation is said to be prominently featured within case studies regarding the evolution of industry, systematic analysis about the issue has faced typical failure in accounting the complications involved in the process of innovation. In the specific sense, a number of researches do not have an accountability about the fact that while there is achievement of success by some innovation, most of them end up facing failure. Thus, there is an increment of exante chances by innovation in terms of both death and exceptional performance. The typical argument placed by majority of the researches on survival of organizations is that innovation is the key fundamental for the survival of organization.

Even though there is a foundation of truth in this particular argument, there is only one perception considered as there is ignorance of the point that innovation has key subjectivity with the fundamental uncertainty. In terms of the key consequences, research on organizational survival by the use of measures of innovation on the basis of successful innovation end up inferring a positive relationship casually as well as erroneously between organizational survival and innovation (Lee et al., 2012).
