Elsie Elliott realized that if people knew to find her, she should have a good reputation and she could use people’s support for fighting of the government progressively. She understood that United Kingdom is a democratic country and the country always needs to face international force of public opinion. She also used her “British identity” complained to United Kingdom’s government, it really could help both sides to understand the real situation.
