我的個人技能在商業理解、數學技能、演講等方面都是令人滿意的，但在專業溝通、求職、團隊合作、領導力和圖形軟件這四大方面卻有很大的欠缺。我知道這些對我的事業很重要。為了提高我的專業溝通能力，我希望能夠參加網絡上的語法測試，不出錯。我的合作夥伴Vicky畢業於UBC，在專業交流中擁有良好的掌控力。我也會以他的支持來改善我的書面溝通。對我的求職能力的評估表明，職業服務需要改進。為此，我被建議利用LinkedIn，調整我的面試技巧。隨著這些技能的發展，求職變得越來越容易。 Vicky和我一起合作了解了KPUMA和AIESEC，也參加了行業訪問，了解合作的方式和商業模式。最後，我在圖形軟件領域沒有取得好成績。我會聯繫一個KPU的圖形學生來指導我。同時，我也會利用網上的資源給KPU的學生。

四個特質是一個人溝通方式的決定因素。基於我的溝通方式，我作為支持者的得分較高，而作為推廣者的得分較低。作為一名支持者，很明顯，我能夠在情感上與人互動，接觸到人。而且，它是自發的，以情緒為導向的。因為我也試圖在交流中確保個人的接觸，很明顯我可以很容易地抓住聽眾的注意力。我認為最適合支持者的職業是公共關係專家/零售商人等。我的想法是在市場營銷領域工作，我發現我的想法是對的。作為一個推動者，我不能強調理論方面，我發現它們很難。我進一步發現，很難向聽眾解釋清楚，也很難讓它變得現代。當一切都與未來有關時，我在未來想像方面遇到了困難。我希望通過深入研究理論和實踐來研究這個問題，這樣我就能完全理解。

My personal skills are satisfactory in terms of business understanding, math skills, public speaking, etc. However, it lacks greatly on four major areas namely, professional communication, job search, teamwork and leadership and graphics software. I understand that these are very important for my career. To improve my professional communication, I wish to attend grammatical tests on the web to write error – free. My partner Vicky is graduated from UBC and holds good grip in professional communication. I will also take his support to improve my written communication. The review on my ability to do job search has shown that career services need to be improved. For that, I have been advised to make use of LinkedIn and tune my interview skills as well. As these skills are developed, job search becomes easier. Vicky and I have collaborated together to understand about KPUMA and AIESEC and also to attend industrial visits to understand the way collaboration happens and the business model. Finally, I have not scored well in the field of graphics software. I would reach a KPU Graphics student for tutoring me. Also, I will make use of the online source available for KPU students.

Four traits are the determinants of a person’s communication style. Based on my communication style, I scored high as a supporter and low as a promoter. As a supporter, it is clear that I was able to emotionally interact and reach people. Moreover, it was spontaneous and mood oriented. As I also tried to ensure personal touch in my communication, it was clear that I could easily grab the attention of the listener. The typical occupation suggested appropriate for a supporter is public relation specialist/retail business people, etc. My notion is to work in the marketing field and I find that I have got it right. As a promoter, I was not able to emphasize on the theoretical aspects and I found them to be difficult. I was further finding it difficult to be tough to explain to the listener and make it modern. As everything deals with the future, I was facing difficulties in the futuristic imagination aspect. I wish to work on this matter by diving more about the theories and practice so I understand completely.
