The key assumption of this report is set from the framework of job- modification in which it is crucial to understand the link between perceptions of individuals and organizational structure. This can be sought by considering the context of structure and with more preciseness, the key attributes related to the job. Structure of an organization is known for affecting characteristics of job, further affecting the perceptions of individual related to the organization and the work (Brandon-Lai et al., 2016). The framework of job modification is set on the basis of findings with key concern for relationship between job attributes and structure of organization and on the link between individual perceptions and job attributes. The central focus of this report is the case study of National Sport Federation in which a new employee, Gabriel is facing difficulty to adjust with the organization, though she is delivering excellent performance of her job.

This report will be analysing the case in terms of different theories related to leadership, human resource management and training and development. Differences in opinion end up making it difficult for the formation of any relationship by Gabriel with her colleagues as she does not have such strong desires with sports. Also, this has increased the difficulties for her co-workers to establish strong and closer relationships with Gabriel, and hence this has affected the overall scope of teamwork in the organization.This report focuses on critically evaluating and discussing the perspectives essential in development and training while laying emphasis on managing people of the leisure and sport organization. The illustration of this report will be provided considering a provided case study in order to make recommendations for managers working in sports organizations. Further ahead, this report will be applying theories and concepts crucial in order to address the relationship of management practice.
