It is important to discuss how women tend to be considering their body as burdening factors. Several physiological and hormonal changes take place in the body during puberty, menstruation cycle and pregnancy (Chisholm, 2008). All of these are considered mysterious and fearful and it has been claimed that there is weighing down of these phenomena in the existence of woman by connecting her to immanence, nature, and each and every requirement of the species. This connection ends up costing her own individuality. By significantly ignoring the situation created by the bodily movement of women, there is tendency in creating a certain impression. However, in this case, the orientation of body with the surrounding area must be ignored as well. The specific impression is that the physiology and anatomy of women helps in determining her unfree status (Bordo, 1993). The scope of bodily movement and existence that is the actual concern is also very limited. The primary concern of discussion is the type of bodily activities relating with the orientation or comportment of the body on the whole. This tends to be entailing gross movement. Hence, there is a requirement to enlist strength while confronting the possibilities and capacities of the body.
This shows malleability and resistance of things.
