AutoAccess Company needs to ensure that there is training provided to Georgia in order to utilize her talent of finding a large talent pool. There is high turnover rate in terms of employees for the company. The company needs to have a better performance management system. There should be a process in place to define the KPI for each position and the individual mangers should motivate the team for performance. Motivational theories such as Maslow theory provides the overall heuristics of motivation. The managers should use this as a formula to develop their own theories. There should be proper team building of the employees and all the employee should work towards a common objective. This can be achieved by hiring the right person for the job. The recruitment for the position can be achieved by utilizing the competency based requirement model for the company. This hiring process of the company should be a transparent and accountable process. All the stakeholders involved should have awareness of what is required from them to reach their objectives. The performance management system is a dynamic system that needs continual monitoring and change.
