The theories of Marxism focus on the growth of all the people in the society (Gilpin, 2016). The criticism for this theory is that the people would again start to exploit the works of the other members in the society. This theory would work in ideal conditions. This is not the reality in many instances.
This shows that no theory is perfect and there can be flaws in implementation of the theories.

From this, it can be alluded that each of these theories has tried to ensure that there is growth in the society and prosperity for all. However, each one of these theories fails in the implementation. These are based on the dynamic nature of the events. It is up to the leaders to construct a theory that would enable growth for all the sectors in the society. This is an arduous task.
