It has been found that the Learning Organization must be a motivational factor for the culture and the usage they should enhance the knowledge of the employees, and make sure that they produce newer innovative knowledge that makes them productive (Martins and Martins, 2013). One of the most important facets of a learning organization is embracing change. To implement change, there should be incorporation of demands new knowledge the ability to bring in strategic action. For this particular reason, organizations have to continually strategize and rethink their organizational culture to enhance continual learning process (Martins and Martins, 2013). Hence, it was felt that the organization was currently functioning at productive levels in order to increase the productivity, and ensure they sustain in the future they should ask for more inputs from the employees. This would create a knowledge centric relevant organization that would be more useful for the students of this particular company (Martins and Martins, 2013). All the stakeholders involved in the company would be benefitted because of this function.
The heart of the organizational culture lies in the fact that the organization is willing to learn from the trial and error method (Marsick , Bitterman & Van der Veen, 2000). They understand that learning is a continual process that requires the willingness to try newer method and be adaptable to make newer changes or remove a redundant process. They should be able to understand the importance of the tacit and experimental learning method of the organization. This makes the organization develop a robust best practices method that would lead to the company always remaining sustainable (Marsick, Bitterman & Van der Veen, 2000). These newer ideas should become a part of the organizational culture. The organizational should then revisit their existing policies and incorporate newer ideas and paradigms into the operative methods of the company (Marsick, Bitterman & Van der Veen, 2000). This would ensure that there is all round progress for the company.
To conclude the company does not do enough to ensure that the newcomer’s opinions are heard. They need to create a learning organization that is beneficial for creation of shared vision and goals. It is important to factor in the social and cultural context, but should also not incorporate redundant practices such as innate gender discrimination. This is a very complex process with a number of variables. It should also be understood that this can be achieved by creation of an experimental learning process. The company can use the trial method of creation of best practices. This should be continual process that ensures maximum productivity.
