In terms of warranty period, our team will offer a post-implementation warranty of 6 months after the date of Go-Live of the solution at Gunnersen. During the warranty period, our support team along with the implementation consultant will closely monitor the performance of the implemented solution, and will rectify any defect or issue faced without any charge as part of the warranty period (Aasi et al., 2014). However, the training cost to train the users of Gunnersen will not be part of the warranty period and will be covered in the contract separately. However, post the warranty period any type of change or upgrade request in the implemented solution will be charged by the team based the agreed terms and conditions after the warranty period. The validity of the offer is applicable till 90 days from the time and date this plan is released. We reserve rights to change the terms and conditions of this plan if there is no action or confirmation for this offer made by our team (Wright and Wright, 2012). The offer includes the cost and plan for the implementation of the entire JD Edwards solution and the post implementation support including the warranty terms. Validity of the offer also includes access to the self-training handbooks prepared by us. These training handbook documents will be provided as part of the implementation process to the user. Moreover, the offer includes user on boarding to the new system and their training (Van Everdingen et al., 2013).
